Clinical data warehouses play a pivotal role in facilitating the secondary use of real-world data. Drawing on the experience of Bordeaux University, this presentation will highlight the key challenges in building a “fit-for-purpose” clinical data warehouse. The focus will be on creating an adaptable system that efficiently supports local healthcare professionals while seamlessly integrating with federated networks
