TIGER Excellence scholarship for incoming mobility in M2 AI4PH

Aix-Marseille University has made international mobility and the reception of international students one of the pillars of its attractiveness policy. It has set up a unique system of scholarships to finance outstanding students who wish to enrol at the university.
 

 

What is a TIGER Excellence Scholarship for incoming mobility?

The M2 incoming mobility grant for the AI4PH specialization of the Public Health Masters enables you to follow this course in Marseille. It includes :

  • €10,000 / year.
  • Guaranteed residential accommodation (subject to completing the necessary formalities in good time).
  • A personalised support and installation service on arrival in France.

 

How much is the scholarship?

Aix-Marseille Université will fund you up to €10,000 for one academic year.

 

Can the scholarship be cumulative?

The scholarship can be combined with other schemes (government grants, work placement bonuses, outgoing mobility grants, etc.) up to a maximum of €2,000 per month (the student must declare his or her resources in the commitment contract).

 

Who can apply?

This M2 scholarship is aimed at international students who are not French nationals and who have never been enrolled in a French establishment, whose past and current university studies show excellent results attested by a good academic record, and who are enrolling in M2 AI4PH specialization of the Public Health Masters. Only face-to-face mobility is eligible.

 

Who carries out the selection process?

These grants are awarded by a committee made up of lecturers from the AI4PH specialization of the Masters in Public Health.

 

How are applicants selected?

After an initial examination of the applications, an oral interview will be organised for the shortlisted candidates. The oral interview will take place on 27th May 2025. Save the date now.

 

What should the application include?

All applications must include :

  • A detailed, up-to-date CV.
  • A transcript of grades from the last 3 years of university studies (provide a provisional certificate for the current year).
  • A letter of motivation from the applicant for both the M2 registration application and the M2 incoming mobility grant application. Please note: this letter must set out the reasons why you wish to follow this course, which is taught by distance learning, on site in Marseille, and must clearly indicate your educational and career plans, giving details of your previous career, the reasons why you chose this M2 course and your career plans following this Master's course.
  • Two letters of recommendation.

Applications that do not comply will be rejected.

Applications that do not comply with the formatting requirements or contain incorrect, incomplete and/or missing information will be considered non-compliant.

 

When should the application be submitted?

The deadline for submitting applications for the M2 incoming mobility scholarship is 22nd May 2024 at 12:00 p.m. (HF).

No applications will be accepted after this date.

When will the results be announced?

The committee will shortlist the candidates to be auditioned from 22nd May 2025. Shortlisted candidates will be informed rapidly by email and will be invited to audition on 27th May 2025. Further information on the tiger excellence scholarships website.
