Emmanuelle DANTONY

I graduated in Bioinformatics and Modeling (INSA engineering school, Lyon, France) in 2005. I joined the Department of Biostatistics (Hospices Civils de Lyon, France) in 2006. My main research topics were analyses of high-dimensional data (especially transcriptomic data) and multi-state modeling with application to end-stage renal disease. I also participated in various clinical research projects. In 2015, I joined the Department’s team specialized in cancer epidemiology and participated since then in issuing country-wide statistics on cancer incidence, mortality, and survival.
